COURSES FOR PUPPIES

BECOME THE MOST INTERESTING HUMAN YOUR DOG HAS EVER MET!

Classes are 1 hour & meet once per week.

  • Classes will be held at my property outdoors in rural Hollidaysburg, PA by Canoe Creek State Park. Email with location will be sent after enrollment.

  • I encourage all immediate family members to attend, but only if they do not become a distraction during class.

  • Absolutely no reactive or extremely fearful dogs. But general unruliness is welcome and expected.

    • If you have a reactive or extremely fearful dog, my Holistic Foundations method is more appropriate.

  • Standard leashes only during class. No Flexi leads.

  • Come with patience and the willingness to learn.

  • Treat pouches are encouraged but a pant pocket will do just fine. I have treat pouches to loan for class, just ask.

  • Bring your own high value treats. We suggest something with either limited or one ingredient. You can use your dog’s food if they find it valuable to work for.

    • Stewart Freeze Dried Dog Treats are a fan favorite. They come in different quantities and varieties so don’t be afraid to mix and match to keep things interesting for your dog!

  • Here is a basic comprehensive list of my recommended products.

“Our dogs are a product of how we interact with them. Owning a dog should be a partnership. One must establish a healthy balance of expectations with guidance to ensure an enjoyable life together for both dog and human.”
